SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship via UPS and the US Postal Service, for orders within the continental United States. Products that are in stock will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Since our products are handcrafted in Ireland, or Scotland, and other Celtic Nations. Lead time on some products can range from 2-8 weeks if we are out of stock or if it is special order, we will notify you of any delivery time when you place your order (please include your phone number and/or email.) Standard ground delivery time averages 4-7 business days. We offer FREE standard ground shipping within the continental United States, on orders totaling over $25.00.

Overnight and Rush deliveries are available on most items when paid for by credit card or money order. For Rush delivery (within 2-3 business days), you will be charged at cost, with a minimum charge of $12, regardless of order value. For Overnight delivery, the shipping charge is $25 minimum, regardless of order value (please place your order before 2 p.m. EST Monday-Thursday.) Items that are special-ordered or out of stock cannot be Rushed or shipped Overnight. Additional charges for delivery of all types will apply for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories; please call us for the rate.

International Customers:  Please place your order by calling us at (252)-261-8110. We will calculate and confirm the postage and insurance charges prior to shipping. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to your country and the customs charges within your own country. Some restrictions may apply depending on the country and the item ordered. We do not process International orders through the website.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Cara Magnus Celtic is committed to providing a personal service to each customer and ensuring complete satisfaction with your choice. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days for an exchange or refund of the merchandise price. After 60 days, returns will not be accepted and cannot be processed.

Special orders, personalized items, food products, and opened shrink-wrapped items are not refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When you return an item, please be sure it is in new condition and include a copy of your invoice in the box. Please be sure to insure the item for its full value.
