Sheila Fleet Runic Ring
RX34
"Dreams of Everlasting Love"
Sheila Fleet designed this Runic iris design based on runes carved into the stone age tomb at Maeshowe, Orkney Islands. Maeshowe dates to 3,000 B.C. but in the 12th century Vikings broke into the tomb and carved runic letters, an ancient alphabet found in Scotland and Ireland. Sheila has grouped the runic letters together to evoke special meaning in her Runic collection jewelry. This ring reads “Dreams of everlasting love”. Sterling silver rings are usually kept in stock. All other rings are special order from Scotland. Yellow gold takes 4 weeks. All other metals take 6-8 weeks. Please note, this is a very wide ring. Sizes 4.5-7.5 are 8mm wide; sizes 8-10.5 are 9mm wide; sizes 11-15 are 10.5mm wide. Gift boxed.
